It has been one week since nationals ended and sad to say that I'm still feeling empty. I don't know exactly how to describe that feeling but it feels like there's no goal to work towards anymore. I go to school for hockey. Now that there are no more trainings, I can't help but feel this way. But yeah I know half my team, or most have already moved on and I need to move on soon..
It's stupid to be caught in yesterday. Guess I needa find a new goal and like what coach said, my results will fit me and not the other way round.
